How to apply

Application forms on the Prescribed format-2018 duly filled in by the candidate along with following supporting documents, must reach Joint Director (M) J&K Science Technology & Innovation Council SDA Colony Bernina Srinagar 190018 {in respect of Students of Kashmir Province Including Ladakh) Or Assistant Director 5 B/C Gandhi Nagar Jammu, Pin 190008 {In respect of the Students of Jammu Province) so as to reach on or before 30th of September -2018.

a. Enrollment Certificate on the prescribed format duly filled and signed by the Principal of the School/ College/Head of the University department

b. Self attested Copies of Marks Certificate of last Examination Passed & State Subject Certificate &

c. Photo copry of 16 Digit Bank Account Statement of the student or Clearly Visible First Page of the Electronic Pass book Applications Incomplete in any respect shall not be considered.
