The following candidates who have been selected in School Education Department for the post of “Lab. Assistant* District Cadre Kupwara, Anantnag, pursuant to selection/wait list issued by the J&K Service Selection 8oard vide No. SS8/Sel/$ecy/014/4226-32, dated. 29/05/2014, against Item No. 444 & 464, Advertisement Notice No. 05 of 2013, dated. 29/05/2014, and who have failed to deposit their requisite documents/ testimonials before Directorate of School Education Kashmir in response to this office Notification No. DSEK/NT/SSB-LA/488/2014/Ang/ 311-N/1497- 98, dated. 14/09/2017, which appeared in the daily “Greater Kashmir” through information Department on 21/09/2017, are hereby given final opportunity to submit their requisite documents/testimonials within a period of five (05) days from the date of publication of this notice in press, failing which it shall be construed that the candidates are not willing to join the department.

Academic qualification certificates.

Age and Matriculation/date of birth certificate.

Health certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer.

Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the Competent Authority r    Category certificates if any.

No Loan Certificate under self-employment scheme from Industries/ Employment Department.  Undertaking on the devised format available on the website (www.dsek.nic.in), duly attested by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class).
