Application on prescribed format (Annexure-I) are invited for class-IV in the pay band of Rs. 4440-7440, Grade pay Rs. 1300/- in the Office of the Deputy Director Employment, District Employment & Counselling Centre, Srinagar, as per the details given below for the candidates who:-

Break-up of the posts to be filled is as under.

Open merit (General) 02 posts Total 02 posts.

Qualification :

The minimum education qualification is 10th and maximum is 10+2.

Age

1. Are permanent residents of District Srinagar

2. As on 01.01.2017 are not

a) . Below the age of 18 years: and

b) . Above the age of 40 years in case of general categories/in-service candidates.

Important Dates

a). Date of receipt of application forms:- 25.01.2017
b). Date of closing of application forms:-15.02.2017

 Selection procedure

The selection of candidates shall be made purely on the basis of academic merit as per following criteria.

i. Total points =100

ii. Weightage to be given to the marks obtained in matriculation examination on Pro-Rata Basis = 90

iii. Points to be awarded for higher qualification (10+2) on Pro-Rata Basis. = 10 points

Documents Required 

The application form should be accompanied with attested copies of the following certificates.

a) Matriculation Certificate (DOB Certificate)

b) Marks Sheets of Class 10th and 12th.

c) Permanent Resident Certificate.

How to apply

The application forms duly filled and complete in all respects shall be deposited by hand in the office of the Deputy Director (Employment) District Employment & Counselling Centre, Srinagar, within the office hours (10:30 am to 04:30 pm) by or before the date of closing of applications forms.

The nature of appointments against Class-IV Vacancies shall be governed by SRO – 202 dated 30.06.2015.

Note

Application form incomplete in any manner shall stand cancelled / rejected without any notice to the candidate.
