J&K State Power Development Corporation Limited (JKSPDC) intends to empanel a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist, on part time basis, for its official football team.

Interested eligible candidates may appear for walk-in-interview along with their all original documents/certificates, one set of attested photocopies and two recent passport size photographs on 24-03-2018 between 10.00. A.M. to 4.00 P.M. in the office of the Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation, Srinagar.

Physiotherapist

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

(a) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized Institution/University. Candidates with specialization in Sports shall be preferred. The candidate shall be registered with the Physiotherapy Council of the State/India. Work Experience: Minimum five years professional experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

a. Physiotherapist shall be required to visit on call at designated practice/match venue. The days and timing shall be mutually agreed. Period of engagement shall initially be for six months which can be extended by mutual agreement. The arrangement is purely temporary without any claim of regular employment/permanent absorption. The incumbent shall not be entitled to any benefits enjoyed by all types of employees of JKSPDC.

b. Honorarium of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One thousand only) per visit inclusive of conveyance shall be admissible. In case of outstation tours, besides honorarium TA/DA @Rs. 300/- per day shall be paid.

c. The engagement can be terminated without any prior notice in case of misconduct by the incumbent. However, under usual circumstances, one month’s written notice from either side shall be required.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

(a) To attend to football players at training/match venue on call.

(b) To accompany the team to any outstation tours/tournaments.

(c) To provide medical advice to the players undergoing physiotherapy treatment.

(d) Physiotherapist shall not refer to any player to outside hospital /Physiotherapy Unit for treatment.

(e) To provide expert opinion on the appropriateness/reasonability of cost of physiotherapy treatment.

(f) To provide professional opinion on clinical issues referred by Physiotherapist.

(g) To inform about anticipated leave to the Team Manager so that alternative arrangements can be made for regular follow up patients.
