Application in the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates of district Budgam for engagement of 01 No. of Dy. Project Director at District Level, 12 No. of ATM (Assistant technology Manager) at block level & 01 No. of Accountant-cum-clerk at District level on contractual basis for the period of one year under centrally sponsored scheme”Support to State extension Programmes for Extension Reforms” (ATMA Scheme).The eligibility & other terms & conditions of engagement are as under:-

The candidates with experience of working in Govt./ Semi. Govt, organization in relevant fields shall be preferred




01 Rs. 16000/PM Graduate, preferably B.Com with at least 60% marks in aggregate Minimum 3 years experience in the pay scale of 5200-20200+2400 or equivalent


The candidate who belongs to District Budgam can only apply for engagement of the said contractual posts. The candidates with experience of working in a GovtVSemi Govt, organization in relevant field shall be preferred. Selected candidates shall have to work on contractual basis and shall not claim any permanent employment on the said post.The candidates should be a permanent Resident of J&K State.

The period of contract shall be for one year and can be extended depending upon the performance of the selected candidates and continuation of the scheme.

The position is temporary and non-transferable.

The employment is subject to availability of funds under the scheme.

The services of the selected candidates can be terminated at any time if work and conduct is not found satisfactory during the employment.

The contract shall deem to have been cancelled/terminated once the scheme is withdrawn by the Govt, of India or state Govt whatsoever is earlier.

The contractual appointment of candidates shall cease to exist on attaining the age of 65 years in respect of already served Govt, employees.

The selection committee shall have the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

The selected candidates shall have to give an undertaking in judicial stamp paper that he/she shall work in the district/block.

NoTA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.



The application form on the prescribed format is available with Chief Agriculture Officer Budgam & can be had on any working day by or before 17-05-2018 up to 3:30 PM. The filled form should be submitted in the office of Chief Agriculture Officer Budgam on any working day by or before 18th May 2018 up to 3:30 PM along with Qualification / Experience / Character /state Subject.
