Jammu Srinagar National Highway Traffic Update 07.04.2017
(NHW closed for traffic )
Amid incessant rainfall in most of the areas of the NHW between Tunnel – Ramban, occurring of land slides/ shooting stones continued at Seeri, Digdol, Gangroo, Panthyal and Ramsoo throughout the day. The unabated shooting stones also caused damage to the NHW at these locations. As such there shall be no movement of traffic either from Jammu or Srinagar on Jammu-Srinagar NHW tomorrow on 07.04.2017, keeping in view the safety/security of the commuters.
People are requested to contact TCU Srinagar (01942450022, 2485396), TCU Ramban (9419993745) and TCU Jammu (01912459048, 9419147732) and officers of Traffic wing to get the status of the road.
