JKSSB PRACTICAL-TEST NOTICE FOR VARIOUS POSTS OF INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE DEPARTMENT

PRACTICAL-TEST NOTICE The PRACTICAL-TEST for various posts of INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE DEPARTMENT (various cadres), advertised vide Advt. Notification No. 01 of 2011, 03 of 2012, 01 of 2013, 01 of 2014, 05 of 2015 & 06 of 2015, (with complete details provided in Annexure “A” annexed hereunder), shall be conducted w.e.f. 12-06-2017 to 08-07-2017 at venues & time mentioned against each, 10:00 A.M. onwards. The candidates are further informed that:-

a) The candidates shall produce all original certificates / testimonials before the committee constituted for PRACTICAL-TEST at the time of the test as per eligibility criteria notified vide related advertisement notification / posts.

b) Candidates are also advised to bring Photostat copy of each certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer with his/her seal and signature / self attested by the candidate for depositing with the Board, in addition to original documents, failing which no claim / objection in this regard shall be entertained.

c) The candidates have been called for PRACTICAL-TEST provisionally and only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the test who are within age, possess valid category certificates and prescribed qualification certificates before cutoff date.

d) Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect statement or suppressing material information shall be rendered liable for criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.

e) In case of failure to appear for the test on the schedule date, time & venue, the candidate will forfeit his/her candidature for the post and he / she will be out of consideration in the selection process.

f) No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the PRACTICAL-TEST. Mobile phones are not allowed in the office premises.

1. List of candidates and their PRACTICAL-TEST schedule for posts of Division cadre Kashmir / District cadres in Kashmir Division; Division cadre Jammu / District cadres in Jammu Division are annexed hereunder as annexure “B”, & “C”, respectively.

2. This notice alongwith all the annexure (“A”, “B” & “C”) is also available in the office of the Administrative Officer, J&K Services selection Board, Jammu /Srinagar and on the official web-site of the Board, i.e. www.jkssb.nic.in.

3. No separate call letter regarding PRACTICAL-TEST shall be given to the candidates listed in Annexure “B” & “C”.
