Search  and check your name in the Electoral Roll on  ceoik.nic.in  or visit National Voters’ Service portal  www.eci.nic.in/ www.nvsp.in for correction of errors and deletion of multiple entries. If your name exists at more than  one  place  in  the Electoral Roll, voluntarily disclose to your BLO/ERO. Fill Form 7 online or submit to your BLO/ERO for deletion of entries other than the entry of your ordinary residence.

Under Section   140-A  of the Representation of the People Act, 1957, enrolment at more than one place is an offence punishable with imprisonment of a term which may extend to one year or fine or both. For correction of name, errors in particulars  of  your  entry  or photograph in Electoral Roll fill Form 8 online or submit to your BLO/ERO. Submit your mobile number with your EPIC number and e-mail address to your BLO/ERO to provide further services to you.
