SBI PO Reasoning Syllabus : In this section questions will be asked from Verbal reasoning & Non Verbal Reasoning.Reasoning section have important role in both pre and main examination.The question are asked from the topics Analogy, Coding & decoding, Blood relations, Sitting arrangements, Series completion, Syllogisms, Decision making, Statement reasoning, Series completion, Classification.
SBI PO General English Syllabus : In this section questions will be asked from Vocabulary, synonyms, Antonyms, Idioms, Phrases, Word formation, Sentence completion, Comprehension, Deriving conclusions, Passage completion, Error detection, Passage correction, Sentence correction etc.Important areas are Reading comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar Corrections, Identification of Errors in sentence constructions, Jumbled sentences etc.
SBI PO Quantitative Aptitude Syllabus : In this section questions will be asked from Number system, Simplifications, Roots & Averages, Surds & Indices, Percentages, Profit&Loss, Ratio& Proportion, Partner ship, Time & work, Pipes & Cisterns, Time & Distances, Problems on trains, Boats & streams, Allegation & mixtures, Simple, Interest, Compound interest, Volume& surface area, Mensuration etc.
SBI PO Data Interpretation and Analysis Syllabus: In this section question will be asked from Data Interpretation and manipulation questions from Charts, Graphs and Diagrams including Line charts, pie charts, bar charts and tabular data. Application level questions from probability and statistics.Data Interpretation and Analysis is easy section. The candidates can score good marks in this section with some hard work.
SBI PO Descriptive Paper Syllabus: In this section, expect questions relating to Letter writing (Usually official letters in connection with the normal functioning of a bank branch), Essay and Paragraph writing (Usually related to bank functioning and economy), Precis writing and Reading comprehension.
