Subject-Select List for the posts of Consultant Orthopedics, in Health & Medical Education Department.

Whereas, Health and Medical Education Department referred Twenty one (21) posts (OM:11, RBA:04, SC:02, ST:02, ALC:01, SLC.01) of Consultants in the discipline of Orthopedicsto the Public Service Commission for being filled up from amongst the suitable candidates; and whereas,the Commission notified these postsvide Notification No. 13-PSC(DR-P) of 2014dated: 20.06.2014; and

whereas, in response to the above notification, 55 application forms have been received by the Commission and out of these, 52 candidates were found eligible for the said posts; and

whereas, the interview of the eligible candidateswasheldfrom28.09.2015 to30.09.2015inthe office complex of the J&K Public Service Commission Office, Solina, Srinagar. Now, therefore, on the basis of performance in the interview coupled with the weight-age in respect of academic merit, experience and other related parameters, the Merit of the candidates who appeared in the interview is enclosed as ‘’Annexure-A” to this Notification.
