NOTIFICATION

Whereas, Administrative Department’s vide letter No: CAPD/ Estt/59 /2011 dated 13.02.2019 forwarded a selection list of Twenty One (21), Junior Assistants under Divisional Cadre, Jammu in terms of SRO 202 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015 for issuance of appointment orders in their favour after fulfilling all codal formalities and conditions;
Whereas, vide notification issued under endorsement No. 396/G/485-90 dated 28.02.2019 and 396/Adm/G/876-81 dated 30.04.2019, they were asked to submit their original documents / Xerox testimonials and undertakings to this Directorate within stipulated time; Whereas, in response to the said notifications below mentioned Five (05) candidates failed to submit their requisite documents/testimonials/ undertakings within the stipulated time:

Now, therefore, In view of the above and as per Administrative Department’s letter No. FCS&CA/Estt/59/2011 dated 26.08.2019, final opportunity is provided to the above mentioned five (05) candidates for submitting their original as well as self attested set of certificates / testimonials in this Directorate within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.
