Short listing for post of Class-IV Divisional Cadre Directorate of Social Welfare Jammu

NOTICE Subject Short listing of candidates for the post of Class-IV Divisional Cadre Directorate of Social Welfare Jammu Advertisement On the basis of Advertisement Notice issued vide No 1-DSWJ of 2015 Dated 10.10.2015, 987 application were received for the post of Class-IV Divisional Cadre Jammu in accordance with the criteria fixed/ published in the notice. The short list of candidates was done purely on the merit basis, and as decided by the committee the ratio adopted for short listing of the candidates was 1:5 i.e. 5 candidates against each post, further as per the decision taken by selection/ recruitment committee following weight-age has been adopted.

The weight-age has been calculated on pro-rata basis with reference to %age of marks obtained in each examination. The formula to calculate points for each qualification is:- (%age x Total Points for particular qualification) (divided by 100 (i.e. 60 Points for Matric) (and 20 Points for 10+2) The list is published for inviting objections if any from the candidate (s) with regard to their claim over and above the short listed candidates which should reach in this office along-with documentary proof within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the print media.
