How to apply GMC Anantnag .

Candidates interested in applying for these senior faculty posts at Government Medical College, Anantnag shall submit the copies of the following documents with their application in Administrative Section, GMC Anantnag at camp office of Govt. Medical College, Anantnag located in Associated (MMAB) hospital, Janglat Mandi, Anantnag on all working days up to 30/06/2020.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  • The application must be annexed with self attested copies of the following documents/certificates /etc.
  • MBBS degree certificate and MCI Registration Certificate.
  • MD/MS/DNB/PhD/D.SC qualification certificates of the respective specialty.
  • Attempt certificates of all examination of MBBS,MD/MS/ DNB/MCH etc. issued by the University.
  • Experience certificates of previous faculty positions held with duration issued by the competent authority.
  • Professional publications in indexed/national professional journals as per SRO-88 Dated 14/04/2016.
  • Two Passport size photographs
  • Certificates of Date of Birth.
  1. The selected candidates shall execute an agreement that he/she will not leave the department before the completion of at least one year contract.
  2. The selected candidates will submit an affidavit at the time of joining that he/she is not on the roll of other medical colleges/institution of the country as required by MCI regulations.
  3. Incomplete applications in any respect or not appended with required documents shall be rejected without any notice.

The selection of the candidates for the advertised posts shall be made by the committee as provided in SRO 24 of 2019 Dated 10/01/2019. The selection criteria for the advertised posts shall beasunder:-

For teaching experi­ence/

60 points

(30 points for minimum required teaching experience

and 03 points for every additional year, subject to a maximum of 30 points)

The Professors and Associate Professors so appointed on academic arrangement in Govt. Medical college,Anantnag shall also be entitled to additional monthly incentives of Rs. 50000/- and Rs 45000/- respectively. The appointees shall also be entitled to house rent allowance(*HRA) as applied to in- service candidates carrying minimum of pre revised scale of the post subject to fulfillment of the condition provided under the relevant rules in this regard.

The appointment against the advertised posts shall and shall always be on academic arrangement basis only without conferment of any preferential right on the engagees for regular appointment against these posts, which shall be made strictly in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules.

The appointment on academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on attainment of 70 years of the age by the appointee. The service of an appointee under the relevant rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one months notice from either side or on payment of one month salary lieu of notice by appointing authority.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Chairperson of the selection committee shall be final.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Incomplete application form(s) in any respect or not appended with relevant certificates shall be rejected without further notice.

2. Conditions for PSC/Non-PSC candidates.

a. For in-service ( PSC) candidate:

i) The in-service doctor shall be paid as per their LPC.

ii) Applicants working in Health and Medical Education Department are required to submit their application forms along with No Objection Certificate from their parent Department without which their application forms shall not be entertained as envisaged in Administrative Department order No.164-HME of 2012 dated 02.03.2012. However in the interest of these candidates, for the purpose of scrutiny in anticipation of such NOC from the competent authority, the candidates may submit an advance copy of requisite application forms along with all required documents.

b. For Non-PSC candidates:-

i) Maximum age for eligibility to apply shall be 50 years at the time of submitting application forms.

ii) The Non PSC doctors shall be paid stipend as per Govt. Order No.596-HME of 2017 dated 25.10.2017.

3. The application forms should be accompanied with the following self attested copies of the documents:-

a. MBBS from a recognized university/lnstitution.

b. MD/MS/DNB qualification certificates of the respective speciality.

c. Internship completion certificate.

d. MCl/State Medical Council Registration Certificate.

e. Attempt certificate 1 st, 2nd, pre-final and Final MBBS examination issued by the University concerned.

f. Distinction/National Scholarship/Honors/Medals/Academic Merit Certificates.

g. House Officer (House Job) experience certificate issued by the Principal of the Medical College concerned or equivalent recognized authority.

h. Diploma Certificate/postgraduate degree certificate.

i. Date of Birth Certificate.

j. Physical active field service certificate after PG/Rural Service prior to PG certificate issued by the Director, Health Services, Jammu/Kashmir in respect of In-service candidates.

k. Professional publications in a standard medical journal, if any.

4. Non PSC candidates have to produce an Affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate along with the application form to the effect of being Non-PSC, false information in this regard will be punishable under rules which include confiscation of the Registration of the Doctor.

5. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and modification to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.

6. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.

7. Separate application has to be filed for each post applied and fee has to be deposited separately for each applied post.

8. In case any declaration by the candidates is found to be false or if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material/information relevant to his/her appointment, his/her selection will be cancelled ab-intio liable and action as Warranted under rules shall be initiated against the erring candidates.

9. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria and producing all the prescribed documents will be interviewed.

10. The selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement that he/she will not leave the Department before the completion of Registrarship term, however abandoning/terminating of the arrangement in the Speciality will require one month prior notice on either side falling which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the Department and shall be released on completion of sanctioned term.

11. The selected candidate has to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she is not on the rolls of any Medical College/lnstitutionsofthe country which is pre-requisite in terms of MCI norms.

12. The Non PSC shall be paid stipend under rules.
