Eligibility

Applications are invited for Class-IV posts (District Cadre) In Deputy Commissioner Officc/District Election Office Samba as per details given below from the candidate who is/are:-
a) The permanent residents of District Samba
b) On 01-01-2017 are not:-
c) Below the age of 18 yrs, and
d. Above the age of :-
e) 40 yrs in case of General Category.
f) 43 yrs in case of all Reserved Category Candidates.
K) 42 yrs m case of physically challenged Candidates, h) 48 yrs in case of Ex-Serviceman.

2) QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-

1. Minimum-Matriculation from recognized Board.
2. Maximum 10+2 from recognized Board.

How to apply:-

I) The application form duly filled and completed in all respects should be delivered by hand or by registered post in the  of Assistant Director Employment, Samba against proper receipt.
II) The application form should dearly specify whether the candidate is applying or the post In Revenue or Election Department.
III) Reservation rules shall be applicable as per standing norms of the Govt.
IV) Application found Incomplete In any manner during scrutiny shall be rejected.
V) Candidate found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated documents or documents which have been tampered with or making incorrect or false statement suppressing material Information will tender hlmself/herself liable for criminal prosecution.
VI) Application if any, already submitted by the candidate before this notification shall not be considered for the present advertisement and he/she will have to apply afresh.
VII) No application shall be considered after the expiry of the last date.
VIII) Married female candidate shall be eligible to apply only if married In District Samba.
IX) The applications must be deposited within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement notice
