GMC Kathua walk in interview Demonstrator in various disciplines of GMC Kathua.

GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE KATHUA WALK-IN INTERVIEW NOTICE FOR DEMONSTRATOR

Applications are invited from Non-PSC doctors for the tenure posts of Demonstrator in various disciplines of Govt. Medical College, Kathua for a maximum period of two years.

Walk-in-interview will be held on 17th  of August, 2020 at Govt. Medical College, Kathua (Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Kathua) as per the following schedule:

Reporting time for interview: 11:00 AM

Verification of documents: 11:30 AM

Timing of interview: 12:30 PM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Non-PSC doctors shall be engaged on consolidated pay equal to the revised basic pay which corresponds to the minimum of the pre-revised scale for post of Medical Officer in Health Department as per SRO-193
dated 24-04-2018 + dearness allowance.

The appointee shall also be entitled to house rent allowance as applicable to in-service candidates carrying the minimum of the pre-revised scale of the post subject to fulfilment of the cond ions provided under the relevant rules in this regard. An appointee shall not be entitled to any other monetary benefits whatsoever.

Maximum age for eligibility to apply shall be 50 years as on cut off date.

The list of documents to be attached with the application:-

1. Attempt certificate of 1st, 2nd, pre-final and final MBBS examination issued by the concerned university.
2. MBBS, MD/MS Degree/Diploma in concerned subject (MD, MS candidates will be preferred).
3. Internship completion certificate.
4. Distinction/National scholarship/Honours/Medals/Academic merit certificate.
5. House job certificate(Junior Resident) issued by the concerned principal or equivalent, recognized authority.
6. Professional publications in a MCI permitted indexed standard medical journals, if any.
7. Date of birth as per matriculation certificate.
8. Permanent Resident Certificate/Domicile Certificate.

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of combined academic merit and performance in the interview as per the rules/order issued.

Vacancies are available in the discipline of Anato my, Biochemistry (Only Medical Candidates) and Physiology.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

New GMC Kathua Jobs Recruitment 2020 academic arrangement basis.

GMC Kathua Engagement of faculty members on academic arrangement basis under SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10-01-2019, in New Government Medical College, Kathua.

In Terms of SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10-01-2019, applications on plain paper are invited from all the eligible candidates for engagement as Professors and Associate Professors, on academic arrangement basis, initially for a period of three years, extendable up to a maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection/promotion is made in accordance with recruitment rules governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier.

The candidate shall submit the copies of the following documents with their applications:

1. MBBS Degree and MCI/State Medical Council Registration certificate.

2. Post Graduation Degree and MCI/State Medical Council Registration certificate.

3. Higher Qualification Certificate (DM/MCh/DNB Superspeciality).

4. Experience certificate issued by the Competent Authority/Head of the Institution.

5. Professional publications, published in indexed/ national journals, as prescribed.

6. Date of birth certificate.

7. Affidavit duly attested from 1st class Magistrate stating that doctor is not in active Govt. Services.

8. Permanent Resident Certificate/Domicile Certificate of J&K.

The Professors and Associate professors so appointed on academic arrangement in New Government Medical college, Kathua shall be entitled to additional monthly incentive of Rs 50,000/- and Rs 45000/- respectively. The appointees shall also be entitled to house rent allowance (HRA) as applicable to in-service candidates carrying the minimum of pre-revised scale of the post subject to fulfillment of the conditions provided under the relevant rules in this regard.

The appointment against the advertised posts shall and shall always be on academic arrangement basis only without conferment of any preferential right on the appointee for regular appointment against these posts, which shall be made strictly in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules.

The appointment on academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on attainment of 70 years of age by the appointee. The services of an appointee under these rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of the appointment with one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Chairperson of the Selection Committee shall be final.
