ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications on the prescribed format are invited from post graduate candidates in the subjects mentioned below, belonging to District Anantnag only, for engagement as contractual Lectureat a monthly consolidated honorarium of Rs. 7000/- (Rupees Seven thousand only) per month for the session-2016. The academic arrangement so made shall be purely contractual. The candidates will be engaged initially for 60 days only and their further continuation will be subject to their work & behavior and depending upon the vacancy/requirement of the Institution(s) or till the post is filled up by PSC or by promotion whichever is earlier. The engagement thus made will not provide any preferential claim to the candidates for selection on regular basis. The applications should be supported by the photo copies of the following certificates/testimonials duly attested by Gazetted Officer with his/her seal and signature and also self signed by the candidate.

• Permanent Residence Certificate.

• Date of Birth Certificate. (Matriculation)

• Marks Sheet of Post Graduation. (All Semesters)

• B.Ed Marks Sheet.

• M.Ed Marks Sheet

• M.Phil Certificate.

• Ph. D Certificate.

• NET/SET Certificate.

• Experience Certificate(s) of teaching at +2 level from Govt, institution(s) only, with the percentage of results registered and number of months put in.

The applications on the prescribed format only, duly attested by the Principal of the nearest Higher Secondary School along with attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials (free from cuttings & over writings) and an affidavit, duly sworn in and attested by the first class Judicial Magistrate, the formats whereof can be had from this office should be deposited in the office of undersigned in a file cover against proper receipt by or before 25/01/2016. In case a candidate is interested in submitting more than one application form, being eligible for the same, he/she has to submit a separate file for each subject No application shall be entertained after the last date.

SUBJECT:
Arabic, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Botany, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Applications, Economics, Education, English, Env. Science, Geography, History, Home Science, Information Technology, Islamic Studies, Kashmiri, Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Pol. Science, Psychology, Statistics, Stenography, Sociology, Urdu and Zoology,

The prescribed scale of weightage to be acted upon for such engagement shall be as follows:

I. P G Degree: 80 points on prorata basis.

II. B.Ed Degree: 10 points on prorata basis.

III. M.Phil Degree: 03 points, across the board.

IV. Ph. D: 02 points across the board

V. Experience: 05 points (one point for each year (full session) with good performance,

(Result not below 33%)

For the subject of Education if M.Ed gets 80 points weightage, then B.Ed degree can’t be counted.

The engagement of the candidates shall be made on need basis and mere submission of application shall not confer any right of engagement on the applicant.
