The interested and eligible candidates are invited for a  for filling up the following positions available in the Centre of Kashmir Himalayan Biodiversity- Documentation, Bio-prospection and Conservation sanctioned to the University of Kashmir by the University Grants commission under the CPEPA scheme.

Eligibility

M. Sc in Biochemistry with at least 55% marks Applicants having experience in isolation and purification of bioactive compounds etc would be preferred.

M. Sc in Botany/Microbiology with at least 55% marks Applicants having experience in classical and molecular taxonomy, metagenomics, biological invasions would be preferred

M. Sc in Geography preferably having working knowledge in Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geoinformatics with at least 55% marks.

Salary

Rs. 16000 for first three years and Rs. 18000 for third and 4th year+HRA 20% /month  (Project Fellows would be paid emoluments as per UGC norms)
