For engagement of Contractual positions for launch of B.Voc Degree Courses under DDU KAUSHAL Kendra. Applications on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the University website are invited for engagement of following Contractual Positions available in the University of Kashmir, DDU Kaushal Kendra for academic year 2019. 

Post Name Assistant Professor (Electronic Media)

Qualification:

Essential: A. Master’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication / Mass Media with a minimum 55% marks (or as equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University or as equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign university. B. NET Shall be compulsory requirement for those having post-graduate degrees only. But, in respect of candidates who belongs to J&K state and are not NET qualified, SET shall be the compulsory requirement. C. The candidate without NET or SET having Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject in compliance of the UGC (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph.D degree) regulations 2009/2016 (whichever is applicable), with amendments from time to time shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility conditions of NET/SET. Desirable: One year of experience in teaching/industrial in digital Media film courses in any of the branches like writing for media , Digital film Production, video technology, Broadcast writing/Reporting .
