Eligible candidates are invited for Walk-in-Interview for academic arrangement in the following disciplines for the Academic session 2017.

01 English 1.                   Masters Degree in concerned subject with 55% of marks or equivalent GPA.

2.                   NET/SLET/SET, however, candidates, who are or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET

11 Computer Science 1.                   Master’s degree in Computer Application(MCA)/ Information Technology (IT).

1. Civil Engineering B.E/B.Tech in concerned branch of Engineering with 55% marks or equivalent GPA. 04-10-2017 (9.30 AM)
2. Electrical Engineering 04-10-2017 (1.00 PM)
3. Mechanical Engineering 05-10-2017 (9.30 AM)
4 Mathematics Masters Degree in concerned subject 05-10-2017 (1.00 PM)

Important Instructions

  • The candidates shall report for interview at 9:30 am on the scheduled dates to the Office of the Registrar, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora, Pulwama, Kashmir.
  • Candidates should bring one recent passport size photograph, all relevant documents in original supporting their candidature along with a Xerox set duly self-attested.
  • The engagement is meant for the academic session ending December,2017
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Salary:

For University Teaching Departments

  1. Candidates with Ph.D. NET/SLET/SET : Rs. 25,000/- per month :
  2. Candidates without Ph.D./NET/SLET/SET Rs. 23,000/- per month

For Polytechnic                : Rs. 11,000/- per month
