Engagement of Vocational Trainers (Contractual Basis)

Valeur Fabtex Private Limited, an NSDC empanelled Training Partner, invites applications for contractual positions of Vocational Trainers (Total No. of Positions: 304) to be engaged in Government Schools in the Jammu & Kashmir (UT).

Pre-Requisite:

The candidate must be domicile of UT of J&K.

The selection shall be made on district basis i.e. candidates hailing from the districts where vacancies exist shall be preferred based on merits. In case of non-availability of candidates within the district, the selection for such trade will be made from other district within the same division.

Age Limit: 18–40 years (as on 01-01-2026). Age relaxation to be provided as per Govt. rules.

Vocational Trainer: Agriculture (Vacancies: 15)

Qualification 1 (Job Role: Dairy Worker):
Post-graduation in Dairying/Animal Husbandry, Master Degree in Food Technology with elective subject in the area of Dairy/Animal Husbandry from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 1-year work experience. OR B.V.Sc., B.Tech Dairy, B.Sc. Agriculture, Bachelor Degree in Food Technology with elective subject in the area of Dairy/Animal Husbandry with 2-years’ experience. OR Diploma in Veterinary or Husbandry with 3-years’ experience.

Qualification 2 (Job Role: Paddy Farmer/Cereal Crop Grower):
Post-graduation in Agriculture/Agronomy from a recognized Institute/University with at least 1-year work experience. OR B.Sc. Agriculture with 2-years’ experience. OR M.Sc. Agriculture with 1-year experience.

Districts: Reasi, Doda, Kishtwar, Rajouri, Udhampur, Budgam & Pulwama.

Vocational Trainer: Automotive (Vacancies: 07)

Bachelor Degree in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 1-year work/teaching experience. OR Three years Diploma in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 3-years work/teaching experience. OR B.Voc. (Bachelor’s in Vocational) in Automobile with at least 2-years work/teaching experience.

Districts: Ramban, Kulgam, Bandipora, Poonch & Shopian.

Vocational Trainer: Apparels, Made-ups & Home Furnishings (Vacancies: 44)

Post-graduation in Textile and Clothing or relevant area from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 1-year work/teaching experience in textile and clothing. OR Graduate in any discipline with ITI Diploma in Sewing Technology trade having NTCS/STC/NC from a recognized institution. OR Graduate in any field with 3-years of teaching/working experience in the relevant field.
(However, if selected, the candidate shall need to acquire SSC certification in the Sewing Machine Operator within 1 year of appointment.)

Districts: Budgam, Doda, Poonch, Kulgam & Rajouri.

Vocational Trainer: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (Vacancies: 20)

Post-graduation in Commerce/Management/Finance from a recognized Institute/University, with at least one year work experience.

Districts: Anantnag, Poonch, Pulwama, Shopian & Srinagar.

Vocational Trainer: Beauty & Wellness (Vacancies: 19)

Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/Beauty Culture from a recognized institution with minimum 1-year work/teaching experience in the relevant field. OR Graduate in any discipline with ITI Diploma in Cosmetology trade having STC from a recognized institution. OR Graduate in any field with 3 years teaching/working experience in the relevant field.
(However, if selected, the candidate shall need to acquire SSC certification in the Assistant Beauty Therapist within 1-year of appointment.)

Vocational Trainer: Construction (Vacancies: 22)

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 1-year work/teaching experience. OR Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-years work/teaching experience.

Districts: Doda, Kupwara, Poonch & Rajouri.

Vocational Trainer: Electronics & Hardware (Vacancies: 59)

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication with one year experience in the relevant field. OR Three Years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics/Telecommunication from recognized board of technical education with 2-years’ experience in relevant field.

Districts: Anantnag, Baramulla, Bandipora, Budgam, Doda, Ganderbal, Jammu, Kishtwar, Kulgam, Kupwara, Poonch, Rajouri, Srinagar & Udhampur.

Vocational Trainer: IT-ITeS (Vacancies: 59)

Bachelor Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Information Technology (BCA, B.Sc./B.E. in Computer Science/Information Technology) with minimum of 1 year work experience in the same job role. OR DOEACC ‘A’ Level Certificate with minimum of 1 year work experience in the same job role.
(The suggested qualification is the minimum criteria. However higher qualifications will also be acceptable.)

Districts: Anantnag, Bandipora, Baramulla, Budgam, Ganderbal, Kulgam, Kathua, Poonch, Pulwama, Rajouri & Reasi.

Vocational Trainer: Logistics (Vacancies: 10)

Graduate Degree (B.Com/BBA) with one year work or teaching experience in the area of logistics. OR Three-years Diploma in Logistics Management with two years work or teaching experience in the area of logistics. OR P.G. Diploma in Logistics Management with at least 55% marks and two-years work or teaching experience in the area of logistics.
Preference will be given to higher education with MBA/M.Com (Marketing or Logistics Management).

Districts: Budgam, Jammu, Samba & Srinagar.

Vocational Trainer: Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills (Vacancies: 12)

Graduate Degree (B.Com/BBA) with one year work or teaching experience. OR Three-years Diploma in Management with two years work or teaching experience. OR P.G. Diploma in Management with at least 50% marks and 2 years of work or teaching experience.
Preference will be given to higher education with MBA/M.Com.

Districts: Baramulla, Poonch, Rajouri & Srinagar.

Vocational Trainer: Retail (Vacancies: 11)

Bachelor’s in Business Administration from a recognized University with 2 years of teaching/work experience. OR Graduate with Diploma in Retail Management/P.G. Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks and 2-year teaching/work experience.
Preference shall be given to higher education with MBA (Retail Marketing).

Districts: Budgam, Jammu, Rajouri & Shopian.

Vocational Trainer: Sports, Physical Education, Fitness & Leisure (Vacancies: 10)

Graduate (with a major in Physical Education) with at least 2 years of teaching/work experience OR Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) with at least 2-years of teaching/work experience OR Post-graduation in Physical Education from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 1 year work/teaching experience.

Districts: Budgam, Shopian & Srinagar.

Vocational Trainer: Tourism & Hospitality (Vacancies: 16)

Qualification 1 (Job Role: Housekeeping Trainee):
Master’s Degree in Tourism & Travel Management/Administration OR Master’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Administration OR Master’s Degree in Tourism Management OR Master’s Degree in Travel and Tour Management OR Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute of Hotel Management OR any equivalent Master’s Degree Programme having nomenclature of “Tourism” or “Travel” and offered by a UGC recognized University/Institute may be considered as eligible.
OR Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management/B.H.Sc. from any institute recognized by UGC with at least 2 years professional experience in housekeeping department in hotel industry. OR Three years diploma after class XII from any recognized institute of Hotel Management + at least five years professional experience in housekeeping department in hotel industry. OR Graduate in any discipline + P.G. Diploma in housekeeping from a recognized institute of Hotel Management + at least 3 years professional experience in housekeeping department in hotel industry.

Qualification 2 (Job Role: Food and Beverage Service Assistant):
Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 3 years’ work/teaching experience in Food and Beverage service. OR Three-Year Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute/University, with at least 5 years’ work/teaching experience in Food and Beverage service. OR Master’s Degree in Tourism & Travel Management/Administration OR Master’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Administration OR Master’s Degree in Tourism Management OR Master’s Degree in Travel and Tour Management OR Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute of Hotel Management OR any equivalent Master’s Degree Programme having nomenclature of “Tourism” or “Travel” and offered by a UGC recognized University/Institute may be considered as eligible for the said post.
