J&K Forest Research Institute Jobs Recruitment 2021. | Junior Research fellowship positions.

JKFRI Jobs: The Jammu and Kashmir Biodiversity Council is monitoring the formulation and updating of People’s Biodiversity Registers (PBRs) being prepared by the BMCs in Jammu as well as Kashmir provinces of the U.T. In order to update the PBRs in the field at BMCs level, the Member Secretary J&K UT Biodiversity Council/ Director Jammu and Kashmir Forest Research Institute after receiving inadequate response to the Notice No.2. dated 14.07.2021 invites fresh applications from interesting candidates for walk- in test to engage suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellowship for updation of PBRs in Kashmir region purely on temporary basis, for a period of two -months under the funding available with the JKFRI. The eligibility, educational qualification, monthly emoluments, number of positions are as below.

Desirable Qualification: M.Sc.in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Agriculture/ Biological Sciences from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

Age : Not more than 28 Yrs on the date of receiving application/Date of Walk in Test.

The Upperage limit may be relaxed upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC.

16000/= per month

General Terms & Conditions:

Eligible candidates, satisfying above criteria should report by 10.00 AM for registration and scrutiny of documents on 10.08.2021 followed by the Walk-in test on the same day at 11 AM.
Candidates should bring the application indicating qualification and experience along with one passport size photograph, true copies of testimonials of educational qualifications, research experience;, marks sheets of all examinations, etc.
All original documents /certificates must be produced at the time of registration.
The engaged fellows shall have to work strictly as per work schedule and calendar of operation.
The Walk in test shall be organized at JKFRI Sonwar Office, Near Woodland School Srinagar.
No TA/DA Shall be paid for attending the interview.
The copy of specific and detailed terms & conditions shall be provided to the selected candidates after completion fo the selection procedure.
