Interview of Short listed candidates on Contractual basis for establishment of “District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Mission Shakti Kishtwar” in District Kishtwar—-inviting of objections thereof

It is for the information of all the concerned that the short listing of candidates for the post of ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT for establishment of “District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Mission Shakti” in District Kishtwar has been done purely on merit basis as mentioned/prescribed in the advertisement notice issued vide No: – DCK/PS/23/1242 Dated:-12/07/2023. The following short listed candidates (Alphabetically) are hereby called for interview on scheduled
date, time & venue.

Venue of interview:– New DC Office Complex Kishtwar.

Date of Interview:– 02 September 2023

Time of interview:– 11:00 AM

Any candidate having any objection with regard to the claim over & above shortlisted candidates should reach this office along with documentary proof by or before 31-08.2023 up to 04:00 Pm through email ([email protected]) / offline mode. No objection after the said period shall be entertained/ considered.

Note:

• The shortlisted candidate shall report at the interview venue one hour before the scheduled time of interview.
• The candidate must produce all original documents/ testimonials as required as per the advertisement notice before the selection committee at the time of interview. Any candidate who falls to produce the relevant original documents/ testimonials shall not be allowed to appear in the interview.
• A photocopy of each such document as submitted earlier duly self attested should be brought by the candidate at the time of Interview.
• The shortlisted candidates have to appear before the interview committee on the scheduled date & time and if any candidate fails to appear in the interview on the given date / time, shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit the right of consideration.
• No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview.
• No separate call letters shall be issued.
