Sub: Selection list of candidates for different categories of Class-IV posts (Kashmir Division) in the

Department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K Govt.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, vide Advertisement Notification No. 01-of-2014 dated:-21-08-2014, 22 posts of Class-IV in the Department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums Kashmir Divisions, were advertised; and

Whereas, modification/re-advertisement notification was issued vide no: DAMA-4088-91 /AD-30 dated: 16-09-2015; and Whereas, vide Government order No. 31 -Cul of 2015 dated:21 -04-2015, a Divisional Level Selection Committee was constituted for selection of various categories of Class-IV posts in the Department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums Kashmir Division; & Whereas, shortlist of the candidates was issued vide this office notification no: DAMA-4495-97/AD-30 dated:10-11-2015 in the ration of 1:5. Whereas, the interview of the shortlisted candidates was conducted on 23rd and 24,h of November 2015 at Srinagar.

Now, therefore, on the basis of weightage for the academic merit and higher qualification (10+2) and performance in the interview, the Selection List against the advertised posts, in order of merit (forming “Annexes” to this) is hereby notified.

Note:- The Department reserves the right to have the certificates/documents of all candidate verified.
