In a deeply Shocking incident, a suspected drug addict allegedly killed his mother and a minor daughter with a sharp-edged weapon in Bishnah.

According to a police spokesperson, at approximately 5 p.m., Jagdev Singh, also known as Michael son of Kura Ram of Morchapur, Bishnah, brutally stabbed his mother Kamlo Devi and a defenseless 3-month-old minor daughter (who has not yet been named) with a sharp-edged weapon (Kirch) while his wife and other family members were away from the house.

After receiving the information, a police team quickly arrived at the scene of the incident to gather evidence and record witness statements.

In light of this, a case FIR number 245/2023 was filed in accordance with sections 302 of the IPC and 4/25 of the Arms Act.
