The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has openings for faculty positions for Indian Nationals & Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) at the level of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the areas of Specialisation as indicated against each respective position. Candidates must possess the essential qualifications as per the UGC Regulations, 2018, with specific criteria outlined for each position.

Name of the post:

1. Professor
– Salary: Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200/-
– Qualification: Master’s in relevant field with Ph.D

2. Associate Professor
– Salary: Rs. 1,31,400 – 2,17,100/-
– Qualification: Master’s in relevant field with Ph.D

3. Assistant Professor
– Salary:- Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400/-
– Qualification: Master’s in relevant field with Ph.D

Start Date: 12-03-2024
Last Date: April 8, 2024

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹2000/-. SC/ST/PwD and women candidates are exempt from paying any application fees.
