Application Invited for Jan Aushadi Kendras in Jammu.

Application are invited from candidates for opening of Jan Aushadi Kendras of Maternity Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu & Bone & Joint Hospital, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu.

Who can apply:-

* Reputed NGOs /Societies /Trusts Private Entrepreneurs /Individuals /women.

* Registered Pharmacist (registered with the Pharmacy Council of J&K)

* Unemployed Doctors / Registered Medical Practioners List of Documents to be attached:-

*Adharcard

* Pan card ITR Return (two years)

* GST returns (two Years)

* Bank Statement (last six montns)

* Turnover (two years)

* Retail experience last two years (preference in generic/Jan Aushadhi)

* For NGOs/Trust & Societies… updated Supportive documents, registration with NGO Darpan. (For NGO)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* The Operating Agency shall be responsible to obtain a Drug license in the name of “Pradhan Mantri Bartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra” and other permissions mandated to run such stores after fulfilling the requirements of PMBI.

* The operating agency of the store shall execute a memorandum of understanding with PMBL.

* The premises shall be used for the purpose for which it has been allotted. No activity beyond its scope shall be permitted. Further, the allottee shall not sublet the premises to any person directly or indirectly or in part.

* All the billing shall be done using software provided by PMBI. No medicine can be sold in PMBJAK without using the software provided by PMBI.

* The premises shall incur reasonable rent.

* Operating agency should ensure PMBJK run 24×7 with adequate staff under the supervision of Medical Superintendent.

*Operating agency will execute MOU with MS of concerned hospital in addition to tripartite MOU with PMBI.

* Initially period of allotment to operating agency will be for one year.

* Local candidate shall be preferable for the aforesaid post.

* Applications can be rejected by the authorities if requisite criteria are not fulfilled.

Interested candidates may apply along with above mentioned documents, which must reach the office of the Medical Superintendent, Maternity Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu by post or by Hand within 05 days from the date of advertisement.
