JKBOSE Disposal of Unfairmeans/Misconduct Cases.

It is hereby notified lor information of all the concerned that the below mentioned candidates of Higher Secondary Part I (11th Class) Session Annual/Regular, 2024 Soft/Hard Zone and Deferred cases of Secondary School Examination (10th Class) Session Annual/Regular, 2024 Hard Zone of UT of Jammu & Kashmir, who are alleged to have resorted to the use of Unfair means in the Examination Centres, are hereby informed to present themselves before the Committee for scrutiny and disposal of Unfair means/Misconduct cases, on 26th of June, 2024, In the Office Chambers of the Joint Secretary Secrecy JD at their own expenses to defend themselves against the charges levelled against them, failing which, it shall be presumed that they have nothing to say in their defence and decision taken by the Sub-Commiltee on the basis of available record/reports shall be final and binding upon them.
