It is notified for the information of candidates who have applied for the posts of Associate Professor (under UR category) in the Department of Sanskrit and Hindi in the University of Jammu pursuant to above mentioned Advertisement Notice and subsequently appeared in the interview that the respective Selection Committees have recommended the candidates in respective Departments and the list of recommended candidates has been uploaded on the University website www.jammuuniversity.ac.in.

The concerned candidates are advised to contact Deputy Registrar (Administration Teaching Wing) New Administration Block on any working day during office hours for completion of the necessary formalities regarding CID verification of Character and the Antecedents.

It is further informed that the selection of the candidates for the above-mentioned posts is provisional and the appointment orders shall be issued after the receipt of satisfactory verification report from the CID regarding Character and the Antecedents and reserved category certificate (if applicable) by the concerned issuing authority.
