Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured and engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum.
• Teach subjects effectively using various instructional methods, including lectures, group activities, and hands-on learning.
• Regularly evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and exams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a disciplined, organized, and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and respect.
• Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses, providing additional support and resources to those who need it.
• Keep parents informed of their child’s academic progress, behaviour, and any areas for improvement through meetings and reports.
• Foster emotional, social, and intellectual growth by encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum updates through training and continuous learning.
• Work with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment and support school initiatives.
• Participate in or lead extracurricular activities, events, and school programs to enrich student life.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with 65% or equivalent CGPA.
• A minimum of 5 years of Teaching Experience in related field is preferred.
