Eligibility:

1. Minimum qualification: Class X (higher education preferred).
2. Open to married females, including widows or divorcees without encumbrances.
3. Age: 35 to 55 years as of the date of the interview.
4. Only one position available.
5. The role offers minimum government wages (unskilled) with free boarding, lodging, and medical facilities.
6. The matron must reside with the girl students in the dormitory.
