POSITION:
Principal for the Tibetan Public School (Please note that the position as Principal is contractual in nature for the period of three years from the date of appointment, with the possibility of extending thereafter.)

SALARY: Handsome 5-digit monthly salary, depending on qualifications and co experience.

STARTING DATE: Immediate

PERSONAL QUALITIES NEEDED:      

• A strong commitment to improving quality of education.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to be a self -starter, take initiatives and work independently.
• Excellent personal skills and ability to be a good representative for the organization.
• Very good communication skills, both in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate with various groups such as students, teachers, non-teaching staff, counsellor, school management, parents and with concerned local authorities of the State Government.
• Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

EDUCATION NEEDED: Minimum Graduate degree in any stream with B.Ed. EXPERIENCE NEEDED: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the field of education. Preference may be given to candidates who have documented experience from the education sector.

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Complete proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills in Urdu are an advantage.
