Senior JKAS Officer Raj Kumar Thappa Martyred in Pakistan shelling in Rajouri .

Rajouri, May 10 – In a tragic escalation of cross-border hostilities, Senior Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officer, Raj Kumar Thappa, was martyred on Friday after Pakistan initiated unprovoked shelling targeting civilian areas in Rajouri district.

Thappa, who served as the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) of Rajouri, was killed when a shell hit his residence during the attack.
