Applications are invited from eligible candidates who arc domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for contractual engagement as the Support Staff in the Jammu and Kashmir International Arbitration Centre, Jammu.
The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis for an initial period of one year only, which may be extendable by another one year based solely on performance, administrative requirement, availability of funds and in strict conformity with the directions issued by the competent Authority.

Age Limit :- Candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years as on 26.04.2025.
How to Apply :- The filled application form (attached below) along with self-attested copies of educational certificates, experience documents (if any), and one passport-sized photograph must reach the Office of the J&K International Arbitration Centre (JKIAC), Jammu, ADR Building near J&K Judicial Academy, High Court Complex, Janipur Jammu. No other mode of submission shall be entertained.
General Terms & Conditions :
I. The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis, explicitly precluding any claim to regular government employment, and will be subject to engagement initially for a period of one year only, extendable by another one year strictly on the basis of performance, administrative requirement, availability of funds and in strict conformity with the directions issued by the competent Authority.
II. The engagement shall be treated as honorarium-based/retainership and not as salaried appointment.
III. candidate will be entitled to leave as per norms, but no other government benefits such as pension, gratuity, or medical facilities.
IV. Candidates must maintain confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism.
V. The engagement may be terminated at any time without prior notice for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
VI. The selected candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality of documents and information.
VII. No additional allowances shall be admissible.
VIII. The selected candidate will be required to sign a contract agreement.
IX. The competent authority reserves the right to modify terms or terminate engagement without prior notice.
