Selection list of candidates for the post of Veterinary Pharmacist in Animal Husbandry Department, Jammu.

NOTIFICATION

Administrative Department vide letter No:- ASH/AH/52/2010-Part-l Dated:- 21.09.2016 has endorsed the selection list of the candidates selected by the J&K Service Selection Board for the post of Veterinary Pharmacist (Divisional/District Cadre) in Animal Husbandry Department, Jammu for issuance of formal appointment orders in respect of only those candidates in whose favour selection has been recommended by the J&K Service Selection Board as shown in the Annexure-“A” and “B”.




Before formal appointment orders are issued in favour of the selectees, they are advised to report to Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Jammu alongwith the following documents in original within a period of 21 days from the date of publication of this Notification:-
1/ Academic Qualification Certificates.

2/ Date of Birth Certificate.

3/ Permanent Resident Certificate.

41 Technical Qualification, if any.

5/ Health Certificate from CMO.

6/ Character Certificate.

7/ Certificate from the General Manager, DIC concerned and Deputy Director, Employment concerned to the effect that no loan under Self Employment Scheme has been taken.

8/ Undertaking on an Affidavit duly attested by the First Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that the documents submitted are genuine and in case the documents proved fake or forged at any stage, the selection shall be liable for cancellation ab-initio.
