Chief Minister felicitates Meenal Gupta, C’wealth under 14 Chess champion

Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today felicitated Meenal Gupta, Gold medallist in the under 14 category at Commonwealth Chess tournament.

The Chief Minister presented Meenal with a cash reward of Rs. Fifty thousand.
Mehbooba Mufti said she felt happy on seeing young boys and girls from the State rising to the top.
She said Nadia Choudhary, who led the J&K cricket team, Tajamul Islam, Hashim and now Meenal are examples to show that the youth of the State are blessed with talent which only needs an opportunity to display
