Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University requires qualified and experienced candidates purely on temporary & contractual basis for the post of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in ENGLISH discipline.

Positions

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in ENGLISH

Eligibility :

a) Master’s Degree in English with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university, b) Those possessing NET/SLET/SET in English Literature or Ph.D. Degree [awarded/submitted] shall be preferred.

Salary:

Rs.30,000/- per month (consolidated) for Master’s Degree holders;
Rs 40,000/- per month (consolidated) for Ph.D. awarded candidates.

Administration Block Timing: 11:00 A.M.
