Apprentice Technologies is currently seeking dynamic, innovative, self-motivated,and service-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Manager – Institutional Business and Sales Executive – Retail Sales through external candidates.

Name of the Post

1. Sales Manager – Institutional Business

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and Implement a business plan that expands the institutional customer base of Apprentice Technologies and ensure its strong presence in the market.

• Build, promote and maintain strong and, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.

• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts among prospective institutional customers.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

• Drajting of Quotations & Offers &Jollowing up on Tenders.

Qualifications and Key Competences Include:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA) or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Jorma! presentation skills.

• Adaptability, good initiative, judgement and decision-making skills.

• Excellent knowledge o/MS Office.

• Proficiency in English, Kashmiri and Urdu languages.

(Note: Freshers with above mentioned competences and exceptional learning curve will be preferred for this position)

2. Executive Sales – Retail Sales

Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying new retail sales opportunities.

• Demonstrating and presenting products/services.Jobs in Apprentice Technologies

• Managing Inbound/Outbound Direct costumers.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections.

Qualifications and Key Competences Include:

• Graduate/10+2

• Relevant Experience of sales.

• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary

The positions will be based at Apprentice Technologies, Srinagar with business related travel to field sites.
