Applications on prescribed format arc invited from permanent residents of J&K State for filling up the Lab Technician for an ongoing ICMR funded project entitled “Rapid detection of multi drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis by modified microscopic observation drug susceptibility (MODS) assay” at SKIMS, Soura Srinagar. The position is available only for the 3rd year (<1 year) or completion of project.

M.Sc Microbiology OR DMLT with 02 years Research experience from the recognized Institute

Desired Experience: Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in media preparation, sample collection and processing, culturing of tuberculosis and susceptibility testing. Preferably male candidate for sample collection from various DTC Centers.
