Who can apply?

>Students having domicile of J&K and having passed (or appeared in) 12th examination in 2016-17/15-16 from JKBOSE or CBSE.

>Only those should apply who are willing to study outside the State of J&K.

>Having family income (from all sources) of less than Rs. 6.00 lac per annum.
