Candidates must take printout of the fee payment challan after successful filling of application form.

The downloaded printouts of the applications forms along with the Bank Challan and the attested copies of the following certificates shall be received either in person or by registered post in the office of the Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College, by or before the last date of receipt of application. a) Qualification certificate(s) (Academic or Professional).
b) Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
c) Marks Certificate.
d) Certificate of being a permanent resident of J&K State.
e) Reserved category certificate under SRO-294 of 2005, if any.
f) Certificate of being married/un-married from a Gazetted Officer in case of female Candidates if falling under any reserved category.
g) Experience certificate if any.
The in-service candidates/contractual employees shall submit photocopy of filled online application form through proper channel viz. the concerned Head of Department. In the event of failure of the candidate to route the application through proper channel, his eligibility shall be assessed as if he is not an in-service candidate. The Head of Department concerned shall forward the application form of the in-service candidate to the office of the Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College within 15 days after the last date of filling of application forms.
