JDA Invites Bids for Commercial Assets in Bahu Plaza Jammu

The sealed bids for allotment are invited from permanent residents of J&K State in prescribed forms as per the details given below in sealed cover to be superscribed “Bahu Plaza Auction of Halls”. Forms containing details of Hall/shop, terms and conditions are available for sale on payment of Rs. 500/-per form in the shape of Demand Draft pledged in favour of VC, JDA from the office of the Vice Chairman at Vikas Bhawan Railhead Complex, Jammu on any working day during office hours. VC, JDA reserves the right to extend/cancell the auction/bid without assigning any reason thereof.

Sale of application form shall start from 24-02-2015 onwards to 18-03-2015 upto 2 p.m. and shall be opened on same day at 3 p.m. or any other convenient date fixed by VC, JDA.
