Kulgam Encounter update.

3 to 4 militants of HM were involved in the killing of civilians over the last 12 days. 4 such killings were done by them in South Kashmir. We were able to track them down and an operation was launched by Police, SF, Army in which 4 of them have been neutralized: J&K Police
