Subject: Select list of candidates for the posts of Class-IV District cadre Pulwama, Budgam.

ORDER NO: DSS/ 64 OF 2015 DATED: 30/03 /2015

In response to the notification vide No: DSS/77 of 2013 dated 14-11 -2013, five candidates were short listed in each District against an available vacancy in the District as per ratio 1:5 for the interview. The following candidates for Class-IV posts selected/appointed for the District Pulwama, Budgam and Baramulla.The selected candidates are directed to report to the office of the Assistant Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, Srinagar for further duties to Sub-Stationery Depot as under:-

The appointees shall be allowed to join after production of following certificates in original:
i)     Academic Qualification Certificates.
ii)   Date of Birth Certificate.
iii) Permanent Resident Certificate (State Subject).
(iv) Health Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer,
iv) No Demand Certificate from the Deputy Director, Employment and General Manager

DIC concerned. The appointment of the selected candidates shall further be subject to the following conditions:-i) Each appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his character and antecedents is received from (CID) Department J&K to whom a reference shall be made by the Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K he shall have no right to claim his appointment and as such his appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab initio. Since the Committee had no fool proof mechanism to verify the genuineness of certificates viz-a-viz academic and Permanent Resident Certificate (State Subject), the concerned Officer shall get verification | of the certificate done from the concerned Institution before release of pay of the candidate.
