HRD Minister: Final Year students will have to give exams when the situation normalizes.
HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said that it is necessary to conduct exams for final year students. He added that intermediate students will be promoted on the basis of their internal assessment marks but this not possible for final year students.
