Govt has just issued guidelines for tourism in J&K. Among other things
1: Tourists can arrive only by air
2: Must’ve pre book hotel, cab
3: Upon arrival, Covid test mandatory
4: Drive straight to hotel
5: Stay in hotel room till Covid -ve report
