• 10-15 years of minimum experience in Product & Sales Management in the Pharmaceutical Sector.
• Responsible for leading the UT of J&K including UT of Ladakh region to achieve all assigned sales goals and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics for company brand, products and services; building strategic sales planning/ business plan, including specific, measurable objectives in accordance with regional and national sales goals.
• Team player, excellent negotiation and selling skills and should be able to produce results.
