All those candidates who have applied for different categories viz. Jr Staff Nurse/ Jr Staff Nurse (NCD) Lab-Technician (NCD) /Allopathic Pharmacist/ISM Dawasaaz/ OTTechnician/ Dental Technician/X-ray Technician vide Advertisement Notification No: 01 of 2019 dated. 27.02.2019 and 02 of 2019 & 03 of 2019 dated. 28.05.2019 and Notification No. 08 of 2019 dated. 28.09.2019 are hereby informed that the screening test shall be held on 3′ of October,2020 ( Saturday) at Govt Boys Degree College Kupwara at 11. AM sharp.
In this context, all the concerned candidates are hereby asked to two come up with two (02) Passport Size Colour Photographs for collection of their Roll No slips in the Office of Convenor District Health Society/ Chief Medical Officer Kupwara( District Programme Management Unit) on below mentioned date as per following break up.
