J&K Kashmir university jobs: The interested and eligible candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview to be held on 3rd May, 2021 at 1:30 PM in the office chamber of the Coordinator, Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Innovations (CIRI), University of Kashmir, Srinagar for filling up the position of Project assistant for a period of one year or extendable till the expiry of the project depending upon the performance of the candidate in a DST-SERB core research grant titled “FAM21 mediated role of VPS35 [D620N] mutation in microglial senescence: Implications in Parkinson’s disease”.

Name of the Posts : Project Assistant
Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 20,000 + 16% HRA
Eligibility :M.Sc Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Clinical Biochemistry with not less than 55% marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates having research experience and expertise in molecular biology and mice handling would be preferred.

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The candidates should bring original certificates and other documents indicating qualification, age, percentage of marks and similar accredited tests and research experience in the relevant field (if any) on the day of interview.

No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
