Kashmir University will conduct pending and postponed exams in an offline mode.

The Kashmir University administration has decided to hold all pending and recently postponed examinations in an offline mode.

The announcement comes just days after students at KU-affiliated Nursing College demanded that their exams be held online due to the daily increase in the number of COVID-19 cases reported.

The Controller Examination KU, Prof Irshad Nawchoo, stated in a notification that all pending or recently postponed examinations will be held in offline mode.

“There shall be no online examinations.” “The University is already in the process of redrafting date sheets for various pending examinations, which will begin soon after the pandemic situation has subsided,” the controller stated.
