Swami Ramdev holds Yoga Shivir at Leh

The world renowned Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev and Puja Acharya Bal Krishna hold special ‘Yoga Shivir’ at Shanti Stupa this morning today.
As part of International Festival of Buddhist Heritage of Ladakh (IFBHL), Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC), the main organizer of IFBHL organized the Yoga session which will continue for three consecutive day from today.
Large number of people including army, school children, teacher, parents and yoga lover attended the yoga session during which Yoga Guru gave some tips on Kapal Bharti, laughing therapy, Surya Namaskar etc.
He claims that Ladakh possess number of highly enrich medicinal plants that can that can generate great income to the region and in this regards he had discussion with DRDO Leh.
Terming Ladakh as heaven on Earth, Swami clarifies that he never mean to hurt the people of Ladakh by saying it that “if you don’t do good deed you will be born in Ladakh” but he meant to say that Ladakhi people living a taught life surviving at minus 30 degrees which he heard from someone long time ago.
